Job descriptionManage and guide subcontractors and junior team members, fostering collaboration and maintaining a productive work environment. Track project costs, identify variances, and report budget updates to the senior project manager. Ensure construction work meets the firm's quality standards and adheres to design specifications. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field Experience leading a minimum of 2 data center projects including site work from conception to completion Atleast 4 years as a Project Manager Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver Competitive base salary depending on experience Vehicle and phone allowance 401k with a company match Retirement plan Health insurance plan including dental and vision PTO Bonus structure

- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with project plans and schedules.
