Charge Nurse Minor Procedure OR

Job Summary Responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation for the delivery of patient care on the assigned shift. Supervises and evaluates work performance in accordance with established criteria based standards of performance. Responsible for the coordination of clinical operations. Education Minimum of a bachelor#s degree in nursing required or must be achieved within 3 years of assuming role. Associate#s degree RN who are currently in the role may be grandfathered in. Experience Bachelors in nursing or related field with 2 years or more of clinical nursing experience preferred including 1 year of recent pediatric / psych / OR nursing experience preferred. Licensures, Certifications, and / or Registries Current RN license in the State of Alabama Current BLS certification
