HR Generalist

Now hiring a temporary HR Generalist. Work at one of Springville's most innovative companies! This role manages payroll for multiple states, employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance. The HR Generalist works with site leaders and employees to apply HR policies, support staffing needs, and improve employee engagement. Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm Pay rate : $60,000 - $85,000 depending on skill level and experience On-site : YES Temporary : YES

Job Duties :

Support and carry out HR strategies that align with company goals across multiple locations.

Manage daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance, benefits, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Process and oversee payroll for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Handle workers' compensation claims with the EHS team.

Work with site leaders on workforce planning, development, and employee engagement.

Apply HR policies consistently across all locations.

Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution confidentially and fairly.

Manage payroll for on-site and remote employees, ensuring legal compliance.

Assist with pay and benefits programs.

Offer HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

Complete HR compliance audits and keep accurate records.

Use HR data to track and improve processes across sites.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM).

5+ years of HR experience.

Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states.

Experience managing multistate payroll.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Workday experience preferred.

Manufacturing experience a plus.

Bilingual is a plus
