We are looking for a motivated individual with at least one year of experience to help our employees with their open enrollment process. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a passion for helping others. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our staff gets the right coverage for themselves and their families.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to address employee inquiries and issues related to open enrollment.
• Research queries in the system and provide clear, accurate information on benefits packages and options.
• Document all customer activity and interactions in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee information at all times.
