Due to our continuous expansion, we're seeking talented individuals to strengthen our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a  Customer Service Representative at our Stoughton MA location .

Essential Functions :

  • Field customer inquiries for assigned accounts.
  • Provide thorough follow-up, process orders, and prepare quotations.
  • Manage customer orders and expedite as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales managers, operations, and engineering teams on customer inquiries.

Skills / Qualifications Needed :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Business acumen with experience in technical product sales.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing-related industry.
  • Desired Skills :

  • Experience with customer portals for order receipt and fulfillment.
  • Two years college education preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
