What Will You Do?

Join our team as an Insurance Risk Consultant (Safety) and partner with business owners across Central and Southeast Texas to foster safer and more productive workplaces. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the development of safety and risk management programs, ultimately enhancing employee safety and optimizing insurance costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations to advise clients on reducing risks.
• Evaluate risks and provide necessary survey information for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Federated Insurance's risk management policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the property / casualty insurance business.
• Manage workload efficiently within your assigned territory.

Minimum Qualifications

Range is $87,300 - $118,100 per year. Starting salary is $87,300 per year. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a with a member of the Recruiting team.
