Business Development
What You'll Be Doing :
- Qualify existing and potential customers
- Understand and map customer decision making in all regions
- Identify all possible areas of engagement, work with internal stakeholders to deploy resources in support of the business objectives and customer needs
- Weatherproof the relationship ensuring long term business continuity
- Act as a liaison between customer and appropriate internal SMEs
- Define OKRs in support of short / long term goals
- Coordinates opportunity development of both Net New as well as Existing Customers
- Relationship management with the manufacturer's regional staff in all Vertical markets
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow
What We Are Looking For :
Typically requires 57 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experienceRequires in-depth knowledge and experience going past the initial sales stageSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutionsDeep understanding of how to build value, trust and relationship networksWorks independently; receives minimal guidanceActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceRepresents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirementContributes to process improvementsTypically resolves problems using existing solutions and suggests innovative solutionsWork Arrangement :
Fully Remote : Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate :
$101,200.00 - $172,860.60
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees) Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
