Lead the Medical Team - Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting the standard for patient care across the Sploot network.Drive Clinical Excellence - Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure every patient gets top-tier care.Mentor & Develop Your Team - Coach, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers.Shape the Culture - Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both pets and people thrive.Help Scale a Modern Veterinary Model - Influence how Sploot expands in Colorado and beyond.Who You Are
DVM / VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado)5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experiencePassion for team-building - You believe a great team makes great medicineStrong organizational & strategic skills - You're comfortable making decisions and driving outcomesA visionary mindset - You're excited about changing the status quo in veterinary careBonus Points If You Have :
