Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly with a Weekly Minimum Guarantee during training $1050 per week and a Weekly Minimum Guarantee after training $1715 per week. Team Miles Pay : $0.335 per Mile with 5000 miles per week. Team Stops Pay : $7.00 per Stop with 4-8 stops per day. Drop and Hook Pay : $6.00 per Drop / Hook. Paid Training. Schedule : Monday Saturday or Sunday - Friday. Start Time : Must be Open to Bid System for Routes Based on Seniority.

Requirements
9 months or less of CDL driving experience. Minimum 21 years of age. Pass a Ryder Drug Test. Pass a Ryder background and a Motor Vehicle Registration check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years. Pass a DOT physical. Pass a Ryder road test. Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position. Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A. Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions. Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures.
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations, and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines. Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards. Maintaining accurate records and logs. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight. Perform other duties as assigned.
