Senior Associate jobin Dallas, TX, offered by a renowned architecture and interior design company, boasting an acclaimed portfolio spanning hospitality, residential, commercial and branding projects nationwide.

Ideal for architects or interior designers, who thrive on comprehensive design involvement, client liaison responsibilities and mentoring creative teams within an award-winning, innovative architectural firm.

Offering a salary of up to $130,000 plus benefits.

Collaboration is paramount, as the team draws inspiration from a plethora of global sources to inform its designs. This position will see you be involved in various project typologies and sizes, offering exposure to a constantly evolving project list.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist with the design and development of projects across a range of typologies, with a particular focus on technical design leadership
• Manage client relationships and client coordination
• Consultant and contractor coordination
• Manage and oversee construction administration
• Assist in the mentoring and management of junior staff
• QC and document review.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of industry experience
• Degree qualified in architecture or interior design, RA / RID preferred but not essential
• Experience working on diverse project types, including residential, hospitality and commercial
• Proven experience managing client relations and mentoring teams
• Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite proficiency
• Strong knowledge of architectural practices, building codes, materials, and construction technology.
