• MUST be able to support dates needed to be considered
• Preferred Schedule : 12hrs shifts, nights

4-5 shifts per month

• Worksite Setting : Inpatient
• Scope of Work :

24 ICU beds

• HCA's ECMO referral center for Houston
• 2 MDs in house days
• 1 MD 1 APP inhouse nights
• ECMO procedures required
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active TX license, active DEA, BC, case logs required, clean files required for temps.
• EMR : Meditech
