Job description

Join Project Patch’s Christian residential treatment program in Garden Valley, Idaho — mentoring and guiding youth ages 12-17 toward healthier choices.

Project Patch, a licensed and accredited behavioral residential treatment facility located in the picturesque Garden Valley, Idaho, is currently seeking Residential Youth Mentors for both day and night shifts.

  • Located in Garden Valley, Idaho.  1 Hour North of Boise
  • $15 monthly full employee medical / dental / vision insurance
  • Sick Time
  • Paid Time Off,
  • Qualifies for Federal Student Loan forgiveness
  • On shift meals

Our facility sits in the beautiful mountains of Idaho. The campus is centered in an outdoor lover's paradise with abundant wildlife and activities to enjoy. Very affordable staff housing is occasionally available on-site.

Overtime required, Pitmann schedule

Educational Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

    • Age and Experience Requirements

  • 19 years of age.
  • Experience in working with youth is preferred.

    • Duties

  • supervise clients

  • light housekeeping
