We are looking for an experienced, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain a wood fired brick oven, ensuring consistent quality and proper cooking techniques
- Work on an open-flame grill, preparing meats and vegetables to spec.
- Execute dishes at the sauté station, following recipes and plating standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support overall kitchen operations, prep work, and service flow.
Requirements :
Previous line cook experience preferred.Ability to work full time, including evenings and weekends as needed.Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
