Trial Attorney

Your Mission

As our Lead Trial Attorney and Loudoun County Market Leader, you will take primary responsibility for litigating personal injury cases in Virginia courts while building and managing our presence in Northern Virginia. You will handle complex cases from intake through verdict, mentor legal staff, and strengthen our firm’s footprint through relationship building and community leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary trial counsel for Virginia personal injury cases, managing litigation from filing through verdict or settlement
• Prepare and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery in Circuit and General District Courts throughout Northern Virginia
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials with a high level of preparation and professionalism
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with investigators, reconstructionists, and medical experts to build strong cases for trial
