Job descriptionJuris Doctor (JD) and active U.S. attorney license. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of patent litigation experience in the U.S. (district court or ITC). Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience through a detailed case list (including role and work performed). Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. USPTO Bar License (highly preferred). Experience with Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings. Prior work with global or cross-border IP litigation teams.
Job Description
What You Will Be Doing :
- Lead and manage complex patent litigation cases from initial assessment through trial and appeal.
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, claim construction, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses with precision and strategy.
- Collaborate with technical experts, clients, and cross-border legal teams.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to strategic case development.
- Provide a verifiable case list detailing prior litigation experience and personal contributions.
