Patent Litigation Associate

The firm represents many pharmaceutical companies on the generic side in Hatch-Waxman litigation matters.

The firm considers their patent litigation and patent law groups as high priority practice groups.

REQUIREMENTS

A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field, and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management are preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus.
