REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in Washington, DC.
• Prior patent litigation experience in district courts and / or before the ITC
• Previous experience with handling patent infringement and validity analyses
• Previous experience with drafting and preparing motions and briefs concerning patent issues
• Previous experience with handling / managing discovery aspects of litigation
• Some previous experience / involvement with preparing for, defending, or taking depositions is preferable
• Some previous experience with working with expert and fact witnesses is preferable
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field of study is preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
