Job descriptionLead 50+ warehouse associates and manage 2 direct reports on first shift Own production KPIs from safety to quality and speed Be a hands-on coach training, guiding, and inspiring your team Ensure clear, consistent communication with second shift and other leaders Collaborate across teams to improve processes and build a strong, respectful culture Use your energy to keep the floor running smoothly, every day You bring 5+ years of proven managerial experience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics setting You've led teams, hit goals, and solved problems on your feet You're an excellent communicator and collaborator, especially across shifts You thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning chaos into calm You lead with respect, reliability, and results You're physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 30 lbs) for 8 hours a day Bonus points if you're Lean Six Sigma certified!
