Job Description

Oversee all phases of the $100M multifamily project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes and regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of project management experience within the construction industry. Proven success delivering large-scale multifamily projects in the $80M+ range. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools. Ability to problem-solve effectively while keeping projects on time and within budget.
