Position Overview : We are seeking Licensed or Associate Licensed therapists to join our practice. If you’re passionate about peoples stories and helping clients find peace and healing, we want you on our team.

We also want you to be able to grow in the areas that interest you as well as have opportunities to help the business grow and diversify.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual, couples, and / or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
• Participate in regular supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications :

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current state licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD).
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds and with various presenting concerns.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Insurance paneled or ability to be insurance paneled

Benefits :

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Up to $45-$65 per session DOE and licensure plus incentive pay based on number of weekly sessions.
