Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide support to people supported in our Residential Services Program. The DSP has hands-on responsibility for promoting and enhancing the development of each client, enabling skill acquisition, and assuring the overall health and safety of all clients. DSP’s are a mentor to your co-workers and to the people supported.
Vision : To meet the needs of each individual emphasizing on person centered care, well empowering and supporting each individual through all challenges and transitions.
Mission : To assist individuals to live in their community as respected and valued members by providing each individual served with support, education, and advocacy.
