Job Description : We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care and support to our clients. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and fostering independence.
Provide companionship and engage individuals in meaningful activities.
Ensure a safe and clean-living environment.
Document and report any changes in individuals' conditions or needs.
Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.
