Contact Center Representative - Claims Intake

As a Call Center Representative, you play a critical part in providing services to insureds, claimants, and others relating to the "First Notice of Loss" reports. As Sentry's promise to be there for our customers during their time of need, you'll provide technical support for the processing of claims.

This position can be filled in a full-time or part-time capacity and will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Hours for this position are between 7 : 00 a.m. - 10 : 00 p.m. CST, Monday through Sunday.

Our schedules are generated two weeks in advance, based on business forecasting.

• New Hires coming to us will receive a $1000 Sign-on Bonus : $1500 Sign-On Bonus for Bilingual over the course of 1 year
• Active employees who refer a newly hired associate are eligible for a referral bonus : $1000; $1500 for Spanish Bilingual
