The Strategic Initiatives Solar Repower team is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Manager to lead prospecting, pricing, evaluating, and executing Solar Repower opportunities. This role will play a vital part in building the Solar Repower platform, leveraging an agile-inspired work style to establish a sustainable operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying assets for repowering, conducting preliminary viability studies, and guiding viable targets through early-stage assessments, management vetting, and execution. Additionally, this role will involve higher-level strategic planning and leadership within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage prospecting analysis to target high potential targets and collaborate with cross functional teams to generate valuation
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports on target operations
• Develop and implement processes to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Create materials for management vetting and support review processes
• Drive project management activities by providing analytical insights, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
• Oversee and mentor junior analysts and team members.
• Develop strategic plans and initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of the Solar Repower platform.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the team lead.
