Job description
A company is looking for a Shared Services Coordinator based in Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities
Manage system setup using contracts and billing requirement forms
Oversee daily management of outstanding billing information to facilitate candidate engagement
Investigate and resolve invoicing queries while supporting account managers and the billing team
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a billing function is advantageous
Understanding of the Orbit system
GCSEs (or equivalent)
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Ability to prioritize workload to achieve KPIs
