Job description???? Key Responsibilities : Clean and sanitize exam rooms, offices, restrooms, waiting areas, and high-touch surfaces Refill soap, sanitizer, paper products, and other supplies Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces Follow all health and safety regulations, especially in clinical environments Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Previous commercial or medical cleaning experience preferred Understanding of cleaning chemicals and disinfecting procedures Ability to work independently and follow a set routine Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Able to pass a background check, drug test, and / or health screening (as required by facility) Client specific educational on-line learning modules Office of Inspector General background verification TB Test or record thereof (within the last 6 months) Flu Shot or record thereof Documented proof of immunity to Rubella and Rubeola, and Hepatitis B. Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccine and 2nd administration of MMR is also acceptable. Hepatitis C testing Physical examination ????
