Job Description :

Kforce is seeking an Informatica Platform Admin for a 6-month contract-to-hire position based in Dallas, TX.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Administer Informatica Platforms including installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance in a 24x7 global environment.
• Collaborate with Developers, Testers, Network Engineers, Linux Administrators, Storage Engineers, and DBAs.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem management activities, guiding investigations using logs, patterns, and scenarios.

An Informatica Administrative experience with Informatica Platforms (installation, configurations, upgrades, etc.) very important.

App Dev experience is a plus but not a must have

Haves :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related study and / or equivalent experience

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT industry

4+ years of experience working as Administrator for Informatica Data Quality and / or Informatica Data Integration Hub platforms in 24

Good to have experience Administering Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica PowerExchange products.

Intermediate level experience with Linux shell scripting.

Experienced in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams (Developers, Testers, Network Engineers, Linux Administrators, Storage Engineers, and Database Administrators).

Excellent problem management and troubleshooting skills. Must have ability to lead activities for isolating issues and steer investigations in right direction depending upon logs / patterns / scenarios.
