Overview :

We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Account Executive with proven expertise in IT sales for the Texas, USA market.

This commission-based role is designed for a driven sales professional who excels in developing client relationships and driving high-volume sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors across the USA.
  • Become a trusted advisor by gaining an in-depth understanding of customer business needs.
  • Effectively communicate and influence key decision-makers at all levels, including executive and C-level, to advance business goals.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions tailored to customer needs and objectives.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for potential sales improvements to exceed sales quotas.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Address and resolve complex client issues and escalate them when necessary.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on the USA market.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and project management skills.
