The Estates at Horesepen is an award-winning apartment community located in Henrico County, Virginia. The community delivers an inspiring blend of modern living and world-class amentities. We are looking to add a Leasing Agent with previous residential leasing experience to our team. As a leasing agent you will greet prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, answers incoming phone calls and handles accordingly. You will maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and assist in creative and efficient ways to market the property and be responsible for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other common areas of the property.
