Description : Substitute Teacher - Various locations
Job Summary : 1. Direct instructional relationship with the students
2. Carry out the laws and policies of the state and county relating to education, including the rules pertaining to the welfare of the student
3. Work closely with the principal in planning and implementing an excellent learning experience for students in a classroom setting
4. Evaluate continuously the progress of students
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the principal
Qualifications : 1. A valid West Virginia Teaching Certificate; OR a Bachelors Degree OR an Associates Degree (or 60 college credit hour
equivalent) and the substitute teacher training required by State Board of Education Policy 5202. The link to the training will be emailed once application is reviewed.
2. Be at least 21 years old
3. Pass background check scheduled through the WVDE and Drug Screen completed by Wyoming County Schools
4. Demonstrates qualifications further detailed in job description
