Job Description

Responsible for planning, managing and executing retrofit building and automation systems for energy efficiency in federal buildings

Will collaborate with building owners, facility staff, contractors and design staff

Will conduct site investigation on HVAC, lighting, building controls and recommend and help spec out new equipment

Will manage project schedule and budgets

Key Requirements

Building Automation Systems start up / commissioning experience

Project management skills

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
