A Plus Early Intervention is an NYS DOH EI approved provider of Early Intervention services. We are actively seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Director of Clinical Services, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our expanding team and service offerings. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Work in close collaboration with President, COO and CHRO on ABA expansion strategy
- Collaborate on the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of clinical staff for home-based programs including early intervention
- Create Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training programs, including creating electronic training schedule
- Facilitate and oversee Learning Readiness Program social groups and other programs implemented in each assigned location
- Facilitate monthly RBT clinical trainings in collaboration with Lead RBT
- Review treatment plans and re-assessment
- Assign BCBA caseloads
- Conduct clinical interviews for BCBAs and RBTs
- Monitor and support client programming
- Monitor and support Supervision
- Complete BCBA Monthly Performance Checklist
- Travel to in-home, school, parent meetings and to overlap with supervision
Requirements :
Ongoing possession of active BCBA CertificationLBA credential (or eligible) in New York StateStaff supervisory experienceExperience as a practicing BCBA with insurance companies (with early intervention a plus)Familiarity with Central Reach, CatalystExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending upon experience.
