Position Overview
The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role making a positive first impression of CARE Plastic Surgery. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing appointment scheduling, front desk reception and phone etiquette while ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient from their first contact through follow-up. This position combines administrative duties with customer service and sales responsibilities to promote MedSpa services, skinCARE Club membership and medical grade skincare products. The ideal candidate is poised, energetic, and eager to learn - passionate about helping individuals look and feel their best while delivering white-glove service in a fast-paced environment.
