Shift : M - F / 5am - Finish w / Saturday O.T.
A2Z Staffing is actively seeking bilingual (English / Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in South Phoenix.
This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.
In this role, you will :
- Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule.
- Load and unload tires
- Order picking / order selecting
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time
Requirements :
- Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
- Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
- Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
