Operations Officer

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a highly motivated Operations Officer to support the Large Caliber, Medium Caliber, and Small Caliber Product Management Offices. This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Product Managers and Deputies, ensuring effective program execution and leadership visibility.

Position Responsibilities :

• Support daily operations and provide administrative coordination across LC, MC, and SC Product Offices.
• Recommend and implement improvements to operational policies, procedures, and processes.
• Apply knowledge of Army acquisition processes and direct fire ammunition capabilities to enhance mission execution.
• Coordinate with PM MAS Operations Officer and other staff to ensure timely communication of taskers and assignments.
• Analyze program data and support preparation of acquisition documents (e.g., ASRs, APBs, ADMs, TCs).
• Manage internal databases and maintain portfolio information on the Program Management Dashboard.

Position Requirements :

This position is located in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000.
