We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support to join our team. This role involves managing computer orders and returns, configuring and imaging devices, and ensuring the secure processing of returned equipment. This position requires full-time onsite presence in McLean, VA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in asset management.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with computer imaging and configuration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
