Server

Summary :

The Server must be professional with high-energy and excellent communication skills. The Server serves food and drinks and introduces the daily specials and limited time offers. The Server ensures that customers leave “Panza Llena, Corazon Contento®”.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintains a professional and welcoming attitude while at work.
• Adheres to the Company’s alcohol service policy, safety procedures and food and beverage policies.
• Answers customer questions and makes recommendations for all menu items.
• Takes customer food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Enters food and beverage orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
• Properly processes customers’ payments and provides accurate change.
• Ensures the balance of the bank at the end of the shift.
• Handles customer complaints or problems in a positive, courteous manner.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Completes all opening and closing duties and other server duties thoroughly and efficiently.
