Caterpillar partnered with Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship is designed to provide transitioning military members an opportunity to gain hands-on experience that enables them to make a real-world impact. During the fellowship, you will have the opportunity to work in one or more of the following areas :

• Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
• Operations Management
• Engineering

The fellowship is typically 12 weeks in length, per the Hiring Our Heroes cohort schedule and is paid per the Department of Defense Skillbridge program policy.

Summary pay range : $25.00 - $131,280.00. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
