What You'll Do :

• ️ Provide individual, group, and family counseling to help clients build healthier relationships and improve personal growth
• ️ Conduct client assessments and collaborate on treatment plans
• ️ Deliver in-home, community, and office-based counseling
• ️ Maintain accurate case records and progress notes
• ️ Participate in court hearings, team meetings, and ongoing training
• ️ Uphold trauma-informed best practices

What We're Looking For :

🎓 Education : Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (or any bachelor's degree with 2 years of supervised mental health experience) 📌 Experience : 1+ year of casework or counseling experience 💡 Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, organization, and discretion 🚗 Requirements : Valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
