We’re looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English / Spanish) to support our fast-paced Midwest Operations team, based out of our Grand Junction, CO office. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants to grow their career in operations and administration.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Midwest Operations team.
• Manage scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and recordkeeping with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support inventory tracking and ensure supplies, materials, and equipment are properly managed.
• Serve as a communication hub between office staff, field teams, and vendors.
• Assist with report preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
• Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
