Their proprietary AI driven genomics platform integrates curated genomic data, literature, and clinical evidence to support target discovery, biomarker strategy, and companion diagnostic development.
The Role
The Head of Pharma Marketing will lead the strategy, positioning, and execution of all marketing initiatives aimed at the biopharma and precision medicine sectors. This is a senior, hands on leadership role responsible for building an end to end go to market engine around the company’s data and software solutions for drug development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own global pharma marketing strategy, driving awareness, demand, and engagement across discovery, translational, and clinical development functions.
- Build compelling value narratives around genomic data products, API integrations, and insight solutions for R&D, biomarker discovery, and companion diagnostics.
- Partner with product management, commercial leadership, and scientific experts to shape market segmentation, competitive positioning, and product launch planning.
- Oversee multi channel marketing programs including digital, events, thought leadership, ABM, and scientific content marketing.
- Lead and mentor a small high performing marketing team while managing external agencies and key vendors.
- Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer with close collaboration across executive leadership and key pharma accounts.
Ideal Profile
Proven track record leading marketing in genomics, bioinformatics, or life science software, ideally targeting pharma R&D or translational research audiences.Deep understanding of drug discovery and biomarker development workflows and how genomics data supports decision making.Experienced in strategic B2B life science marketing, ABM campaigns, and complex solution positioning.Blend of scientific literacy and commercial storytelling, able to translate technical value into business impact.Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across science, product, and commercial teams.Why Join
