Job Description
This is a fully remote position.

To join our team as an Operations Analyst! This role is pivotal in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring seamless efficiency across various departments.
You will be responsible for analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity while upholding CLEAResult's values of Respect, Transparency, and Accountability.

- Utilize Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, including macro writing for automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that align with our cultural themes of resourcefulness and resilience.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance.
- Streamline workflows by developing automated processes using Power Automate, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Exciting candidates willhave
- 2 - 5 years of progressive experience, directly using Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Experience in operations analysis or a related role is preferred but not required.
