The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs and offering customized insurance solutions across various industries, including Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.

A Day in the Life :

• Generate and qualify leads by identifying prospects, evaluating their industry position, and researching sales options.
• Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities, including cross-selling within RCM&D.
• Collaborate with divisions to sell all products, solutions, and services offered by RCM&D.
• Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
