Job descriptionProvide general administrative support Assistance in the prosecution and filing of trademarks and copyrights Communicate with clients Schedule meetings with clients E-file court documents, coordinate hearings and depositions with opposing counsel Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review Attend court sessions and record important information Maintain and update documentation Previous experience as a Paralegal / Legal Secretary or similar role Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
