About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing all aspects of HR initiatives that align with the company's vision, culture, and strategic plans. This hands-on role involves leading a global team of HR business partners, providing expertise in employee relations, communications, policy development, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.
