Supervising Loan Officer

As a Supervising Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the greater Dallas / Fort Worth, TX area. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
The role involves recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements, managing daily loan activities of a small, high performing Mortgage Loan Officer team, and managing a portfolio of customer relationships. The Supervising Loan Officer is also responsible for growing, retaining and developing an effective sales force to cover the geography of the market, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions, and collecting and analyzing customer financial information for multifaceted and / or complex borrowers.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
