Position : Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the onsite interview process

Verify completion and accuracy of application paperwork

Administer candidate testing and assessments

Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and processes

Collect and organize employee documentation as directed

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Knowledge of basic HR functions; previous experience in an HR role preferred
