Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation planning and operational readiness oversight
Coordinate projects across various functional areas and communicate with stakeholders
Manage risks and issues to ensure project success and operational stability
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project or program management experience in customer service or operations
Proven ability to collaborate and lead stakeholders across multiple departments
Experience in preparing teams for go-live, including training and process design
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours / on-call coverage
