We are in search of experienced candidates to join the Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify valuable data. Other Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Developer include making decisions based on data, developing tools to synthesize findings into solutions, coordination with the cyber analytics team, hands on technical writing, and participation in the training process for additional employees.

Essential functions of this position include :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (client facing).
• Working with a variety of assignments across multiple fields of analysis.
• Creating predictive models and machine learning programs.
• Developing digital solutions to solve issues faced by clients.
• Compiling and analyzing financial data to ensure efficiency and reduce labor needs.
• Creating user friendly interfaces and dashboards for internal and external use.
• Reviewing feedback on UI / UX systems to make necessary changes.
• Becoming familiar with the firms policies and procedures.
