Job Description
TOP NATIONAL COMMERCIAL AUDIO VISUAL & IT SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR SEEKS*
Sales Administrator with a competitive salary and a full benefits package! IT integration or Audio Visual experience is not necessarily required, but a plus! Ideal candidates must be located within the DFW Area for on-site work.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team and Sales
Management team with general sales administrative duties such as :
Work with the sales team in coordination and support of quotes, proposals,
RFP / RFQ / Bid support documentation
- Ensure all product pricing and vendor pricing is up to date
- Work with all sales team members to ensure CRM / ERP database is up to date with all
Sales opportunities and activities
Work with other departments such as Professional Services, Finance / Admin and
Procurement to provide correspondence and follow up activities
- Working with Vendors to schedule lunch and learn sessions, product and solutions updates and communicating to the team
- Work on Registering new Vendors with the Finance / Procurement Team
- Searching bid and RFP platforms for daily bids and distributing to the team
- Assist with price checking and quotes
- Setting up meetings with sales team and Management Other sales and administrative duties
- Working with other departments to ensure timelines and deadlines are followed up
- Track all sales opportunities and follow up with the appropriate departments for updates
Requirements
Skills and Abilities / Education :
- Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative tasks preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a team environment but also be able to work independently on tasks.
- Experience with the Audio Visual Industry is considered an asset
Requirements
Requirements : University graduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AV installation, data or voice communications, or drafting.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and / or communications environment. Understanding of project management practices and customer service obligations.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communications, and computer products and equipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Familiarity with building construction and blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial Integrator Navigate system, specifically for change orders and delay notices feedback to the Project Manager.
CTS-I Certification Preferred
